The recommended dosage is one pill per day and another one 45 minutes before sexual activity.

Orexis is a non-prescription herbal product that contains herbs to promote blood flow, but is not making any claims of penis enlargement. Herbs grown in the United States, Brazil and China are what is listed in the ingredients and the manufacturing process extracts them at 15 times normal strength.

While Orexis claims to contain the highest quality ingredients in powerful amounts to promote blood flow to the penis area, it does not list what the herbal ingredients are. They say they are "so potent that dosage and concentration levels must be utilized perfectly to find the flawless balance between maximum effectiveness and safety." This is a concerning statement even though they go on to say it falls within safety guidelines.

Because Orexis does not list the ingredients, it is hard to determine any basis for results. The website shows originated in 2006-07, but it is hard to determine how long Orexis has been in business otherwise.

Other proven sexual enhancement products that have been on the market for several years, like Extenze, list their ingredients. In fact, Extenze lists every single herbal thing it contains, and whether it is the root, seed or leaf of the plant. They have some known aphrodisiac herbs listed in the contents, so there is some basis to claims made. In fact Extenze lists many natural vitamins and minerals and contains more than 100% of the daily recommended minimums on some of them.

Extenze has millions of satisfied customers or they wouldn't have been in business over five years. Even at that, they have a full disclosure of ingredients and amount contained on the product and do advise that you contact a physician before taking if you have blood pressure issues or history of heart problems and they say that individual results may vary.

If a consumer were going to look at herbal sexual enhancement products, it is much more obvious what you are getting with an established product that lists ingredients and has proven results. While Extenze fits these qualifications, Orexis does not disclose much and it is hard to find out anything but a bunch of promises of better sex in a few months.

In conclusion, it is hard to give a thorough review on Orexis, since they don't give much information on how they originated, what is in their product, who came up with their “safety” guidelines and why people would cut back after three or four months.

In comparison to Extenze, which has a proven history, has been in business a number of years, fully discloses ingredients and leaves it up to your physician as to whether it is right for you as a safety guideline, Orexis reviews are lacking in proof or information to back up any promises.
